About Liina
Hi, my name is Liina, and I am an Estonian born fitness athlete. Having moved to London at an early age, I gradually found my way to bikini fitness. After having participated in several London triathlons and completed a marathon, I found keen interest in weight training, which led me to compete in bikini and fitness categories with several federations in UK, all of which prove to be successful.
I am a London based Personal trainer, posing coach, and a stage prep coach. I provide online coaching, training plans, nutrition advice and stage coaching. Whether your goal is to lead a healthier lifestyle, prepare for an event or photoshoot, or get stage ready, I have the expertise to help you reach your goals!

Hi, my name is Claudiu Popa and I am London based Strength and Conditioning coach with over 10 years within the fitness industry and expertise in many of it’s sides such as Olympic Weightlifting, Sports Specific Training, Competition Stage preparation etc My career as a Personal Trainer was initially inspired by the passion for sports, working out and keeping mentally and physically fit. I’m driven by helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.The passion for sports and fitness has pushed me to challenge my own fitness in a variety of competitions such as Triathlon, Obstacle Course Running, Swimming or Fitness shows such as Men’s Physique, taking home not only medals and trophies but great knowledge and experience that I can bring along with my qualification.
Whether you are only starting your fitness journey, looking to lose weight, increase your muscle mass or simply improve general health and fitness or you are already further on your journey as well as a Pro Athlete and want to step the level up with a professional’s guidance, I have the right skills to not only help you achieve these goals but make this experience educational, fun and enjoyable, teaching you how to overcome your weaknesses and barriers for long term changes.
