I'd highly recommend Claudiu as a personal trainer. He has been my trainer for over two years and I am very content. He is very experienced and works with you to achieve your goals. Currently, I’m doing online training and it’s amazing! Every month, I have a different plan that builds on the previous one. He checks in with you to see how you’re getting on with the workout plan and if you have any questions you can also reach out to him. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I contacted Claudiu 5 weeks ago to help me with my strength and conditioning for a couple of ultra distance cycling and running challenges this summer. In that short time he has already improved my mobility - a long standing shoulder niggle has completely cleared up - and I am already starting to see strength gains and better performance running and cycling. He has also overhauled my nutrition - I have dropped nearly 4kg and now feel better than I have in years - and he has also put together a training plan for my ultra goals. I can't thank him enough! Claudiu is the most knowledgeable and conscientious PT I have worked with - his attention to detail is second to none, nothing escapes his eye, and I am sure that is why I am getting the results I am. His sessions are varied, extremely well thought out and very specific to my goals. He is professional, extremely personable and great at communicating and explaining his reasoning. I can't recommend him highly enough and am really excited to be working with him towards my crazy, ambitious goals!

Claudiu is the best partner in the competition I have started with my own body. I work with him for 2-3 years and the results are amazing, thanks to him I have reached to the best version of mine, even after 2 kids☺️. Yes,he is tough, yes he is demanding, yes he is not the first person you want to tell what a good cake you ate, but I would not replace him with nobody else. The workout plans are so various and even if sometimes i have the feeling that he’s upset on me 🙈, i know that he wants me to extend my limits.

Liina is an absolutely incredible PT! She really is the best I’ve ever worked with. Her level of knowledge about the human body and her commitment is so hard to come by. Every session I learned something new and I saw a huge difference in my strength and shape. She pushes you just the right amount to get you to your absolute limit and keep you motivated. "I am a Pilates instructor and I used to be a personal trainer. I came to train with Liina as I wanted to perfect my technique when it came to body weight training and lifting weights. Liina approached our sessions brilliantly and didn't miss out that important foundation work. That way I felt I had been given a great base to start building up. It has been great for me to get out of my comfort zone and work with weights. She was very understanding of my surgeries and injuries and has been pushing me out of the plateau I've reached since finishing physiotherapy. I always look forward to our sessions. It's a mix of working on foundational movement patterns and really perfecting them - and then also throwing in new ideas for stability, strength, and a lot of work focused on my areas of weakness from the surgery. Liina is clearly an expert in her field and I would happily recommend training with her. I reluctantly started tracking my food with her and I have to say it really helped me change a few bad habits. I’ve been fortunate to work with Claudiu for 18 months and am happy that I started this journey. My initial reason for working with Claudiu was to help me become more mobile as I was dealing with a shoulder and foot injury. Our activity options were limited due to my physical issues. Early in our time together we focused on working thru the shoulder challenges. As that improved we expanded training to be more comprehensive. As time passed Claudiu structured our sessions to a mix of mobility and weight training. We added in a focus on nutrition and overall health. Claudiu’s guidance on my weekly workouts, as well as overall lifestyle, have been incredibly benificial. We are now maximising our workouts to achieve a specific fitness goal, I’ve incorporated his nutrition guidance into my daily life. "The best personal trainer I've ever had across the UK. I've been trained by people in Wales and also in Shropshire and Liina is by far the best. She's great at bringing out your potential and also very motivating. She is really knowledgeable about how best to support your fitness routine with a great diet. The information I've been given by Liina about gym form and good nutrition has really stuck in my mind which means she's great at teaching. She doesn't just advise you on what to do, but also gives you all the information on the theory behind why it will work. I strongly recommend her as a personal trainer."
