Information before any future purchase
Before a programme becomes available to buy, its product page and purchase terms will explain its intended audience, contents, equipment requirements, price, file format, delivery and support. They will also explain permitted use and any applicable cancellation or refund rights. These details will be available before you commit to payment.
For any immediate download, the purchase process will explain the applicable cancellation rules and obtain any legally required consent and acknowledgement before delivery. We do not apply a blanket no-refunds statement to digital products.
