These terms explain use of the website and its enquiry routes. Specific personal training and online coaching arrangements are agreed with your coach before you book.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting a form or opening a WhatsApp conversation is an enquiry. It does not reserve a session, take payment or create a coaching account. Your coach will discuss availability, goals and the proposed service with you.
Before you book, your coach will confirm the service, price, payment arrangements, frequency and any minimum duration. They will also explain cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements, including statutory cancellation rights where applicable.
Prices and programmes
The personal training prices shown relate to the stated weekly training frequency and monthly payment. The precise arrangement is confirmed with your coach before booking. Personalised coaching payments are arranged directly after enquiry; this website has no coaching checkout.
Ready-made training programmes marked Coming soon are not available for purchase through this website. Programme purchase and download terms will be provided before any future sale.
Training information
General website information is not an individual training assessment or medical advice. Discuss suitability and any necessary adaptations with your coach before starting a service. Keep detailed health information out of the initial website enquiry; your coach can explain the appropriate next step.
Client reviews describe individual experiences. They are not a promise that everyone will achieve the same outcome.
Content and external services
Website photographs, branding and written content may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may view the site for personal use. Obtain permission before reproducing its content for commercial use.
